Tckt collects minimal data to function. This includes Discord server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, and message content within support tickets. We also store conversation summaries and metadata to power our AI features.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve our ticketing system. AI features use your ticket history to generate summaries and answer common questions for your specific server.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Message content from tickets is processed by Google's Gemini models for AI features (summarization, RAG). This data is processed securely and is not used to train global AI models.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication to the web dashboard (via Supabase). These are essential for the operation of the site.

5. Your Rights

You can request data deletion at any time by removing the bot and contacting our support.
