1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting the Tckt bot to your Discord server or using our web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot and stop using our services.
2. Service Description
Tckt provides a support ticketing system integrated with Discord. We facilitate communication between server members and staff through threads and a web-based management interface.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content posted through the Tckt system on your server. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or to harass others. We reserve the right to terminate service for any server that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
4. Payments and Refunds
Premium features are provided on a subscription basis. Payments are currently processed via UPI. Due to the nature of digital services and the manual verification process, refunds are generally not provided once a premium plan has been activated.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% uptime, Tckt is not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions. Tckt is not affiliated with Discord Inc.
